Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 1, 2026
This policy covers the Parlour iOS application and this website (parlour.lazur.io). The same application is published as «Світлиця» (Ukraine) and «Świetlica» (Poland); this policy applies to all three.
Who is responsible
The developer and data controller is Dmytro Svarytsevych, based in Ukraine. For any question about this policy or your data, write to parlour@svarytsevych.com.
The app
Parlour runs entirely on your device. The app:
- collects no personal data and no usage data;
- requires no account, sign-up, or login;
- sends nothing over the network — all game content and speech synthesis are on-device, and the app is fully functional offline, including in airplane mode;
- contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Purchases
The app contains no in-app purchases. Nothing is sold inside it, so no payment, billing, or purchase data is created, received, or stored. The full library of games is available to everyone.
Apple App Analytics
Apple may share aggregated, anonymized statistics (such as install counts and crash reports) with the developer if you have opted in to sharing analytics with developers in your device settings. This is governed by Apple, not by the app, and contains no personal identifiers.
Siri
If you choose to launch the app with a Siri phrase, that voice interaction is processed by Apple's Siri under Apple's terms. The app itself does not record, process, or store audio.
This website
This website is a set of static pages. It uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. Fonts and all other assets are served from this domain — no third-party requests are made. The web server keeps standard short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested page) solely to operate and secure the service. These logs are the only personal data processed in connection with Parlour; the legal basis is the developer's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in running a secure website. They are kept briefly and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may restrict or object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As the developer is established outside the EU, you may lodge that complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence in the EEA. Because the app collects no data, in practice any such request concerns only website server logs.
Children
The app is designed to be family-safe, and because it collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
